What the platform does

Finding the gap is half. This is the other half.

The governance checks name what is wrong. These are the things that fix it — a will drafted against what you actually own, designations tracked across every account, instructions that survive you, and a vault holding the proof. No commission, no kickbacks, no ads — ever.

Succession

A will that knows what you own.

Digital Will

Draft a will against the asset register you have already built, so the document distributes holdings that actually exist and can actually be found. Define beneficiaries, how the estate divides, and the conditions under which documents are released. Upload a signed or registered will alongside it — the platform holds both, and shows you where they disagree.

  • Drafted from your live asset register, not from a blank template
  • Signed and registered wills stored alongside the draft
  • Conflicts between the will and your designations surfaced, not buried
  • Reviewed by a qualified practitioner where you want one involved

Execution and registration follow your jurisdiction’s rules. Where a lawyer is required, you bring one in — or engage one through the platform.

Coverage

Every account, and who inherits it.

Beneficiary Matrix

The single most common failure in family wealth is value sitting in accounts with nobody designated. The matrix tracks designation status across every holding in the household, shows the share of net worth that is covered, and names the specific accounts that are not — ordered by how much sits in each.

  • Designation status across every account, not a sample
  • The share of net worth covered, and the exact gaps
  • Name mismatches against identity documents flagged
  • Designations checked against what the will says

Called a nominee matrix in India, where nomination is the local mechanism. Elsewhere it maps to beneficiary designations, payable-on-death and transfer-on-death registrations.

Continuity

The part a will cannot carry.

Life Ledger

A will distributes assets. It does not tell your family where the documents are, which adviser to call, what you intended by a particular decision, or that a holding exists at all. The Life Ledger captures those instructions, and an inactivity protocol releases them to the people you nominate if you become unreachable — so the knowledge does not leave with you.

  • Instructions and context that do not belong in a legal document
  • An inactivity protocol you configure, with people you name
  • Staged release — who is told what, and when
  • The reason a holding stops becoming unclaimed in the first place

This is the answer to the question the unclaimed-money registries exist because of: not who inherits, but who knew.

Custody

Where the proof actually lives.

Family Vault

Title deeds, policies, grant letters, registration certificates, the credentials that open an account. Encrypted per household, scoped per family member, and released under the rules you set. Every opening is written to a log you can read.

  • Encrypted under a key derived per household
  • Role-based access across family members
  • Every view and change logged, append-only
  • Export in full at any time, free, on every tier

How the encryption and access model works is documented in full on the trust page.

Partner-delivered

Some of this needs a person standing in the right office.

A will does not execute itself, a title search cannot be done from a browser, and a valuation is only worth having if a qualified valuer produced it. These are fulfilled by a ground network of verified practitioners — legal, custodial and local — not by software pretending otherwise.

The platform’s job is to know which one you need, coordinate it, and make sure the result lands back in your household record with its source attached. Some of this is manual today. It still gets done, and we would rather say so.

Named executor

Legal practitioner

Appointing someone to actually administer the estate — and, where a family has nobody suitable or wants a neutral party, a qualified practitioner from the network who will take the appointment.

  • Appointment drafted against the will already on record
  • The executor sees what the household chooses to grant, and nothing else
  • Recorded in the household picture, so the family knows who to call

Custodianship

Legal practitioner or custodian

A signed or registered will has to physically exist somewhere the family can reach it. Custody of the original document is arranged through the network, with the location and the release conditions recorded against the household.

  • The original held in safe custody; the platform records where
  • Release conditions you set, visible to the people who will need them
  • Handling on wind-down set out in the terms for the service

Property discovery

Local agents and searchers

Property is the asset class families most often cannot evidence. Someone has to search the local records, pull the encumbrance position and establish what the title actually says — which is done on the ground, in the jurisdiction the property sits in.

  • Records searched where they are held, not where you live
  • Encumbrance and title position established, not assumed
  • The result enters the household record with its source attached

Valuation

Qualified valuers

A property figure is an estimate until a qualified valuer produces one. Where a family needs a defensible number — for an estate, a division, or a disclosure — the network provides it, and the platform records it as valued rather than assumed.

  • Carried out by a qualified valuer in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Recorded with its basis and its date, never merged into proven totals
  • Re-run when the family needs a current figure rather than an old one

Documentation chase

Coordinated by us

The missing title deed, the lapsed folio, the name that reads differently across four institutions. These are errands, and errands need somebody to run them — with the household granting only the access each step requires.

  • We name the exact document, who issues it, and what to ask for
  • Pursued on your behalf where you would rather not
  • Every step logged against the household record

The platform finds the gap.
The network closes it.

How they connect

Each check ends somewhere.

A governance check that only tells you something is wrong is a worry generator. Every check maps to the thing that closes it, so the finding has an exit.

What each finding leads to
The check finds What closes it
Value with nobody designated Beneficiary Matrix — the specific accounts, ranked by what sits in each.
Designations that contradict the will Digital Will — both shown together, so the conflict is visible before it matters.
Nobody could find this without you Life Ledger — instructions released to people you name.
Ownership you cannot evidence Family Vault, plus documentation chase where the paper is missing entirely.
Property you cannot prove or price Property discovery and valuation — records searched and a figure produced where the property actually sits.
A will with nobody appointed to act on it Named executor and custodianship, arranged through the practitioner network.
A name that will not match Assisted correction across the institutions holding it.
One person holds every relationship Household roles and scoped access, so the knowledge is not in one head.
